Refund policy

๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isnโ€™t right, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • We cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare products due to hygiene reasons

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5โ€“10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

๐Ÿšš Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or wrong:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

โ— Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
